Strategy leader.
Industrial operator.
Transformation executive.
Experience in moments where the next phase matters.
I have spent my career working in the situations where what used to work is no longer sufficient—and the next phase of the business requires clarity, structure, and disciplined execution.
For more than three decades, I have operated inside complex industrial and technology-driven environments, working with CEOs, Boards, and leadership teams to translate strategic intent into measurable performance.
My work has consistently focused on transformation, margin improvement, operating model design, and portfolio direction—always with the same objective:
Clarity that holds.
Execution that follows.
Enterprise scale. Industrial depth. Global scope.
As former Vice President of Strategy for Siemens USA, I worked across a $13B multi-business portfolio with approximately 28,000 employees.
I advised the U.S. CEO and Board on portfolio direction and capital allocation, led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and established governance and execution systems across the organization.
My experience spans the United States, Europe, and Asia, across multi-country platforms and manufacturing-intensive environments.
Strategy grounded in operating accountability.
My perspective is shaped by operating responsibility as much as strategy leadership.
I have held full P&L accountability in capital-intensive environments and led businesses and portfolios where performance was measured in margins, cash flow, and delivery.
This informs how I approach strategy:
Not as a plan—but as a set of decisions that must hold in execution.
Where clarity matters most.
Much of my work has taken place in situations where decisions carry consequence.
Transformation under performance pressure.
Portfolio decisions under Board scrutiny.
Operating environments where capital, timing, and execution must align.
In these contexts, progress depends on clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.
That is the role I have consistently played.
Principles.
Strategy must be executable.
Clarity precedes activity.
Governance determines performance.
Execution discipline sustains results.
